Ricky Massengale serves as our lead teaching pastor. Married to Chastity, they have three children. Jaxon, Gavin, and Kinley. Ricky is a bi-vocational pastor, and is the Superintendent of Union Christian Academy in Fort Smith. Ricky enjoys spending quality time with his family, reading, discipling others, and fitness (but he hates running and tries not to do that if at all possible). He grew up in Lamar, Fort Smith, and Charleston, AR. He holds an MA in English from Arkansas Tech University and is pursuing an MDiV from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
He has one central passion: To Know God and Make Him Known. |

Andy DeBoer serves as one of the elders at CrossLife through preaching, teaching, and overseeing youth and small group ministries. He also enjoys being a part of the worship team when he is able. He and his wife, Allissa, have two sons, Sam and Jude. Andy is the Department Head of Music and Theatre at the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith and serves also as the clarinet professor there. He and Allissa grew up in Nebraska and eventually moved to Phoenix, Arizona where Andy obtained his graduate degrees from Arizona State University before moving to Arkansas in 2014. They eventually became good friends with the Massengales and helped them found CrossLife Church in 2019.
